About Holy Angels Holy Angels was
established in 1866 in what was called Hoge, Kansas, three miles west of the present
church, with about 15 families. The first church of stone was replaced at that
location with a brick church built in 1911 and renamed St. Patrick. After a fire
destroyed this church in 1924, the third church (brick) was built on the northeast corner
of 155th and Leavenworth Road, west of the present rectory. In 1961,
that church was
condemned and torn down. In 1962, a new A-frame church was built and the name
"Holy Angels" was restored. Outgrowing our A-frame church, a
new church was dedicated on February 14, 2010, with the capacity to seat
1,000 people. There are now more than 700 families registered
in the parish. The present Hall, begun under the leadership of
Fr. Quinlan, was dedicated in 1984. |

The Holy Angels Parish Hall is available for parish activities and
meetings. The Parish Hall may also be rented for certain
personal occasions (receptions, family reunions, anniversary parties, etc). The
rental fees are as follows:
Parishioners - $150/$250 for large events
Non-Parishioners - $325/$550 for large events
A refundable $150 deposit is required
